Systematic Instruction to Master the Basics
Gracie Jiu Jitsu Self Defense and Fundamentals is a cycling 13 week introductory course. There are 27 lessons designed by master Helio Gracie, the founder of Gracie Humaita Jiu Jitsu.
Here, you’ll learn how to maneuver through all the positions that can occur in a fight. You’ll also learn how to effectively use leverage and technique to subdue your opponent using moves like takedowns, clinches, joint locks, chokes, and overall superior positioning.
Extensive drilling will ensure skills find their way into your muscle memory, all while getting you into great shape. This core Jiu Jitsu class is perfect to jump into with your 2 week trial!
